Selling your home in Florida - Here's what you need to know about iBuyers

In almost 20 years of being a stockbroker, I never had anyone come to me and say: Chris, how can I make the least amount of money possible. Similarly in the last 6 years I’ve never had anyone selling their home ask how to get less money when selling their home and yet right now, there are sellers out there in our current marketplace, considering companies like Zillow, Offerpad and other I buyer platforms to sell their house.

So what is a ibuyer and why do they always ( not sometimes ) 100% of the time make you less money ? Keep watching and you will find out. If you’d like a copy of our moving / relocating to South Florida guide just check for link below and we will send one right away. https://bit.ly/SouthFloridaRelocation...

You're probably aware the South Florida Real Estate Market is booming. On one side we've got 1000 + people moving to Florida a day. And on the flip side we’ve got 74% of the country thinking about selling due to COVID concerns and the Google Search “ SELL MY HOME “ at a 16 year high.

There are lots of people thinking about selling so what would anybody thinking about selling - consider selling for significantly less money. The short answer is they wouldn't. Nobody selling wants less money. So why would anybody consider selling to a ibuyer?

Lets start with what a iBuyer is ? and I’ll use Zillows Offers program as the example because they seem to be the most dominant in south florida. But there are many other ibuyer platforms and they are all essentially the same - and they all make you less money.
